Mindfulness and Meditation Group for Youth (17-25yrs)

This group is intended to introduce young people to mindfulness and meditation with an emphasis on well-being. We will meet once per week for 1 hour which will include a discussion topic, a meditation, and time for conversation. This is a Zoom group community, not just the average class.
