Service Description

Trained in mindful communication, I learned that all of our communication is a bid to connect, be understood, seen, and loved. During this beginners workshop, you'll learn how to better articulate how you feel and learn how to get your needs met through communication and self-care. Tools you will take home with you: -be honest about how you feel without blaming others -understand how feelings and needs are at the core of every interaction -grow your communication skills so that you can meet difficult conversations with more ease -better understand your own feelings and needs - be able to share what you learned with others All content is based on The Center for Non-Violent Communication founded by Marshal Rosenberg and content from the book Say What You Mean by Oren Sofer and Ask Powerful Questions by Will Wise
