GETTING STARTED with my LIVE ONLINE COURSE! Perhaps you've been interested in learning more about mindfulness or have an interest in starting a meditation practice. This 4-week course will teach you some of the most fundamental aspects of mindfulness. Learning these new strategies will support your overall well-being and promote more emotional balance. Mindfulness practices shift our "doing" to "being". Scientific evidence supports that these practices: -Improve our ability to concentrate -Increase our sense of feeling calm more often -Decreases stress and anxiety -Improves impulse control -Increases self-awareness (become more Woke) -Increases skillful responses to difficult emotions -Increases compassion and empathy -Improves the development of conflict resolution skills -Improves communication skills, learn to listen better and speak from a place of presence instead of defensiveness -Increases feelings of gratitude and awe I hope you'll join me for this wonderful opportunity to be in a community with like-minded people.
