Private Coaching is an opportunity for you and I to work on building and bringing Mindfulness into your daily life. This program is designed to have weekly goals and check ins either by phone, Skype, or email.  We'd set a convenient time for you and me to talk, set the intention for the week, and check in on how you are progressing.  Fees are variable depending on how much time we would dedicate to your coaching.  

Private coaching is for adolescence through adults of all ages.
