MINDFUL PATHS
Covid 19 has turned the entire world upside down. We are all suffering with the many unknowns of what our future looks like - or even what today looks like. Systemic police brutality and BLM are also on the front lines and there is work to do to create real change in our country. My intention for 2020 is to bring more kindness, compassion, stress reduction, and coping strategies with my mindfulness workshops and trainings to help us become emotionally stronger and resilient so we can rebuild our lives together.
